Reservations require a deposit of 50% of the total lodging cost. If your plans change, we will be pleased to make a refund if we receive a 30 day notice before your scheduled arrival date. Rates are based on double occupancy there is a $25 extra person fee per night and a $25 extra handling fee for all cancellations. Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of their actual arrival or departure date.
